CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:ā Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. āNO CALL NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. ā We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. Please keep in mind if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may be unable to provide you with services due to the loss of time Only with a valid confirmation email will you have an appointment. By booking an appointment you are confirming that you have read and understood our policies. We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or packages. *Some items and prices are subject to change
